[slimpl] vim+ecl function COMMAND: rename to EXECUTE?

I think we should rename vim:command to vim:execute, since the Vim
command to do what vim:command does is :exe[cute].

If y'all agree, I'll patch my repository
(http://theclapp.org/repos/vim+async+ecl; I added it to
http://wiki.alu.org:80/Slim-Vim-Repos) and you can pull it.

BTW, I couldn't get the darcs cgi script to work; you can still pull
patches and browse the current files and so on, but you can't ... do
whatever the cgi script does.  :)
