[slimpl] REFERENDUM: Change prefix from "slimpl" to "Slim-Vim", or create a whole new mailing list?

I don't mind either way, but I agree that if we change it, then we
need to do it soonish.  I like slim-vim for the name, and that is
still the primary mover.  The second goal, which will fall out almost
for free, is refactoring slime to make it easier for other projects to
use.
