[slimpl] REFERENDUM: Change prefix from "slimpl" to "Slim-Vim", or create a whole new mailing list?

I would say change the actual list name, if it isn't done now, I bet it will
irritate people in the future.

That is my vote. Better to have a name that matches the project.
