[slimpl] SLIMPL 0.01 released

Awesome!!  We have interesting times ahead now :)
I only had 5 minutes to play with it last night before I went to bed,
but I couldn't get the Perl stuff to work.  It looked like I didn't
have my @INC path correct, Reader.pm could not be found.  I'm sure it
is just a trivial thing, I'll look into it tonight.
