[slimpl] What's next?

So, I got the 0.4 version doing its thing, but it doesn't seem all that
useful right now when compared with your VIlisp.vim package. I've never
used SLIME, so I guess I don't know what I'm missing. I'm happy with
VIlisp.vim for now...
