[slimpl] Slime useful functions

I trawled through slime.el the other day & copied all the lines for
keybindings.  They're here
http://wiki.alu.org/SLIMPL_Useful_slime_funcs, my thought was that it
might be a good top-down way to approach the problem of emulating
slime.
Though, probably the first step is culling all the unimportant
functions and sorting them.

Other than that, I'm afraid I've had very little time to do anything
near a computer :)
