[slim-vim] Larry Clapp officially ceasing development on slim-vim

For what it's worth, I'm going to put up my hand and say "me too".
My story is the same as Larry's, except that I'm using Emacs.  As a
somewhat saving grace, I use Vimpulse to provide Vim like behaviour.

Good luck to anybody that decides to try and run with Slim-Vim :)
