[slim-vim] Closing SBCL while connected to slim-vim

Patch available at http://theclapp.org/repos/ecl-slime/.  I use cmucl,
as I've mentioned, but from the Vim side it's just EOF on a socket,
regardless of the implementation on the other end (or so I would
think!  :)
