[slim-vim] Native Win binary?

Hello, smart Lisp/Vim people...
 
Is it possible to run Slim-Vim in Windows without having to go the
cygwin route?
Has anyone got a link off to some already compiled binaries?
 
getting a windoze version of this lot with the minimal amount of fuss
would be fantastic.
