[slim-vim] Slim-vim has a live Darcs repositry!

I'll post commit logs to the list whenever something interesting goes
into the repo.  If you want to contribute, please use darcs to email
me a patch (I have no idea how to handle that, but I guess I'll find
out!).  Regular contributors can ask Larry for an account on theclapp
so I don't have to handle too many email patches

If you feel you can help in any way, now is the time to start - there
are plenty of easy bugs to fix and features to add.  You can make a
big difference to this project with relative ease.
