[slim-vim] Changelog for June

Every month I'm going to start a "Changelog for X" thread and post
changelogs to it.  Here is June's.

  * Added support for basic inspection.
   Updated the search function calling to work with latest Vim FFI.
   Added a keymapping (<Leader>i) to call the Slime inspector on the
word under the cursor.
   Removed some dead code that has been commented for ages.
   Added code support for slime-echo-arglist, which shows you the
arguments of the current function - no keymapping for that yet.  Slime
maps <Space>
   Added TODO comments all over the place.
