No.  Maybe tonight or this weekend.

Maybe, but I'd suspect the Vim network code more than the ECL network
code.  Vim/Cygwin can talk to ECL+Swank/Win32 just fine, so I think
the problem is in the Vim code in Vim/Win32, not the ECL code.  But
maybe that's what you meant.  :)
