[slim-vim] first try, some issues

Apparently it is. Sourcing that, before ecl-slime, fixes it. I did have
to :se modifiable before being able to actually enter anything, but as
I'm late for work I'd probably best leave troubleshooting that for
tonight or the weekend.
By "fixes it," I mean that entering (get-universal-time) and hitting
<leader>-x, vim returns:
Result => 3362423879 (#xC86A8447, #o31032502107,
#b11001000011010101000010001000
111)
in the status area at the bottom of the screen.
