I very well may have screwed up the darcs repo.  One should never
interrupt darcs with CTRL-C.
I think I have it straightened out in the end, if there is breakage

  * Added interactive-eval callback and printing of results.
  Slim-vim now shows the result of evaluation in the status buffer.
The trade off is that the --sv-debug-- buffer no longer scrolls (as
scrolling clears the status bar)
