[slim-vim] Slim-Vim needs users!

Hi guys, Slim-Vim now has a version code of v0.1 and I have reached my
personal "pre-beta" functionality set.  Now I need your help, Slim-Vim
needs to be used in the real world.  I have target ted the most
important (IMHO) Slime features, and they are currently in Slim-Vim
and _working_.  Slim-vim is ready for real use, let's use it!

Feature addition is probably going to pause for a week or two now, I
need to clean house on the Slim-vim source code and get it in a nice
state before I start to add more features.
However, if there is a deal breaker feature missing for you let me
know and I will try to get it in ASAP.
