  * Make VIM:FIND-BUFFER work with the new VIM:BUFFER-NAME

  VIM:BUFFER-NAME returns NIL for [No Name] buffers.  VIM:FIND-BUFFER now allows
  you to search for the first [No Name] buffer by giving NIL as the desired
  name.
