[slim-vim] bugs with -u NONE -U NONE

i already figured it out, but i didn't changed any code what deals
with lines or text in general. All modifications i made are in the
patch i posted.

I don't have an idea for now as where to look for possible source of
this problem - don't have a clear picture of control flow within
ecl-slime in my head.
