[slim-vim] bugs with -u NONE -U NONE

when error occurs, debug window opens, and cursor is at the bottom
right of a screen; i hit any key, cursor moves into debug window. It
is normal mode: i can navigate with hjkl; when i hit 0, for restart 0,
i see
:ecl (slime::sldb-invoke-restart 0)
at the bottom line
and nothing happens.
