[slim-vim] Vim patch up to my tree

Hi all.  At the moment I am making some small changes to my Vim tree,
and I'd like to appologise.  The Vim part of this project is meant to
be reasonably stable, but of late that has not been the case.  Here is
a patch of all my vim/src/*.c files, you should apply this to you vim
tree to become up to date with me.  I highly recommend doing this.

I'm currently building my Vim with a memory debugger, and I am seeing
some errors.  If you've noticed that the syntax goes weird sometimes,
that is memory getting screwed up.  I am currently trying to track
that down.

Sorry for all the chopping and changing, I hope that after I sort this
syntax colouring bug out, Vim will require very few changes.
