[slim-vim] Slim-Vim is hitting 0.7-unstable

I am freezing feature adds for Slim-vim. I think that we currently
cover enough features that Slim-vim is truly useful.
At the moment the main Vim+ECL repo has not been updated to work
properly with the latest Slim-Vim. Larry normally shepards my changes
in, but has been really busy lately. If he doesn't find a chance to
push the changes this weekend, I'll do it and damn the torpedoes! :)

I will send another email on Monday requesting that all Slim-vim users
get new tarballs/darcs pulls and update to the latest code.

So what is the purpose of this email then? It's a bit of a heads up
really. I think that we implement about 70% of Slime's features
(profiling being the notable exception), and I want to announce
Slim-Vim to the wilder world.

So for the next month I am only bug fixing. I want a bit of a period
of settling, then we can "go public".

How does everybody feel about this?

Cheers
Brad
