Hey Tomas,
One of the nice things about darcs is that you actually don't need to
be online.  You can copy the repo to your machine (which I assume you
must have done), make changes, use Darcs record and Darcs send to
create a patch file, and then copy that off the machine.
I will try to remember to apply your previous patch tonight, but I do
welcome discussion on ways to improve Slim-vim.

In theory, there ought to be no relationship between ecl-repl and
ecl-slime.  In practise, ecl-slime does appear to need ecl-repl.  I
need both for ecl-slime development, but regular users of ecl-slime
should not need ecl-repl.  But at the moment they do :)
If anybody wanted to figure out why ecl-slime only works when ecl-repl
is loaded, I would love to fix that.
