[slim-vim] slim-vim doc draft

Thanks for starting a users guide!  I followed the instructions and I 
got the repl and scratch buffers.  It gives me errors of not finding 
symbols when I source ecl-repl.vim, though.  It doesn't seem to find any 
of the symbols called when I type \ee.   Is there something I'm 
missing?  I am using the win32 executable Larry built recently.  typing 
:ecl (format t "hello") does print "hello" in the message area of Vim, 
though.
