[slim-vim] slim-vim doc draft

Hi all,

I've put together a draft document with material from the wiki and the list 
archives. The pdf and tex files are at

It's only a draft but I thought of letting you have a look, as I won't have 
the time to expand it over the next days. Plus, I'm not sure whether this 
should refer strictly to SLIM-VIM or also discuss ECL-VIM.

ps. I can add a credits section, if someone would give me a list of slim-vim 
contributors
