[slim-vim] Should we announce Slim-vim 0.70?

I'm very happy with the the progress with Slim-vim, so happy in fact
that I don't feel there are any real barriers to using Slim-vim on a
regular basis.  Profiling is about the only major feature set that we
do not yet support.
As I see it we support about 70% (hence 0.70) of Slime functionality,
with bugs of course.
I am at the point where I want to slow my development of Slim-vim and
actually use it, and I also want a few more people using it.
Announcing a version close to 1.0 will get more users, but I don't
really want to do announce too early.
I'd like some feedback please.  If you don't think that we are 70%
feature complete, let me know what features need to be added to get to
that 70-80% mark.
