[slim-vim] ECL Slime, first cut

I forgot to mention, we should think about a consistant key mapping
for slim-vim.  Can we set up per-buffer keymappings for Vim?  I'm
thinking mostly for debugging and profiling.  Perhaps it is possible
to have a key mapping to enter/exit the debugger and profiler, which
would switch buffers and keymappings.

Thoughts?
