[Gardeners] Lisp FAQ

Add 1 to that list of people willing to help out. I'm both keen and eager to
add content to something useful for all LISP-ers out there.

What I am *not* so good at is being helpful with web design, being 100% on
time or even downright consistent. If there's a good wiki, then that makes
it a lot easier for folk like me.
