Thanks for stepping up and volunteer. Before creating a domain, better
ask the ALU for setting up and directing faq.lisp.org to your host. If
you ask nicely enough, perhaps they'll do it. :-)

I don't care much about the choice of software. Twiki seems nice, for
the little I know.
