Check out the cl gardeners project lispbuilder. We're running on most
Common Lisps, Mac, Linx and Win32. The project includes wrappers and
helpful libraries for SDL, OpenGL, sdl-gfx, sdl-ttf and many more.

It's definitely not old and dusty, it is complete and tested and
actively maintained, mostly by Luke Crook.
