[Gardeners] mutiny on the (code) bounty

If you look up informatin about the Google "Summer of Code" project
you'll find that there were about 1 dozen lisp projects supported,
mostly thru LispNYC (www.lispnyc.org/home.clp).

I'm hoping they run the summer of code effort again this summer.
