Application Builder update


Frank moved the project to sourceforge and we've made several releases

Frank Buss added the following components which should be useful for many
applications

clawk, regex, lexer and yacc

I checked in completed wrappers for the SDL (Simple Media Library) along
with example programs drawing pixels, rectangles and bmp's. I'm currently
working on a set of documentation for the SDL component including tutorials
for the example programs and an simple but complete game (pong) showing how
you can rewrite code at runtime while the game is running.

Luke Crook expanded the SDL utilities in the wrapper to include some great
code to various things such as a lisp style with-locked-surface that handles
locking surfaces around a block of lisp code.

Luke also wrapped a library called SDL_gfx which adds a lot more graphics
functionality.
