[Gardeners] Monthly State of the Garden - Project FreeSpec

All quite on the FreeSpec front, I'm afraid - work has gotten rather...
um... exciting the last month or two.  The list of contributors as per
the draft spec is complete and almost debugged (one duplicate I spotted
somewhere).  I need to move it to its own page because otherwise I hit
size restrictions in the wiki software.

Current issues:

a)  Need to revisit the letter and tweak
b)  Need to collect contact information.  Non-trivial, but although
lots of help is needed we shouldn't have a public list for the
harvesters to grab, either.  Needs some thought.
c)  Is there anybody with more of a name in the Lisp community who
would be willing to be the "public face" behind the requests?
