[Gardeners] Testing framework for SUL

Well, as a lurker whose vote should count next to nothing, I'm
particularly fond of lisp-unit.
That said, I will almost certainly switch to whatever testing
framework you choose. I'd like nothing more than to consolidate
*that* part of my Standard Utility Library as well.
