[Gardeners] Fwd: Monthly progress report: Lisp FAQ

I agree with Christian's choices, but would probably exchange #2 for "Is
Lisp slow?"
But, this all begs the question of audience & priority. If you are trying
to find the right set of questions to answer first, with the limited time
you've got, what audience are you targeting? I picked these questions
because I'm a newcomer to Lisp and these are the first questions my
collegues ask when judging the viability of the language.
Oh, and I'd add the question about generating an executable...
Peace,
Chris

Here are a few questions from the staging faq:
Q: Interpreting vs Compiling vs Bytecode vs Machine Code. What does all that
mean?
Q: I am a developer. I hear about some complications with licensing. Should
I
release my code under GPL, LGPL, BSD, LLGP?
Q: There's a C or C++ library I need has not been ported to Lisp. What
should
I do?
Thanks,
Christian.
