Since that package is apparently unmaintained, such a project may
belong to:

  Code mining and revival
  http://wiki.alu.org/Code_mining_and_revival

If you are willing to maintain it, you may consider asking for hosting
at Common-Lisp.net/www.lispniks.com (but for small packages this might
be overkill) and/or elaborating on the above gardeners project.
