[Gardeners] Filter by tags in the CL Directory dev server

I have tried with www.cl-user.net, and I report success: it works fine
with Firefox 1.5 under Linux, and the checkboxes in the popup tag
dialog are really handy.

The behavior of the "Filter Tags" checkbox, however, is
counterintuitive: it does the filtering when it is not checked.

A suggestion: can you add some sort of link or button for clearing the
tags?  This is handy for a series of unrelated queries.
