That's rather easy:
First add the package/library/whatever to the Common Lisp Directory (if it's not already
there)
Then add comments ;-)

So people looking for a library will get it with its associated comments.

BTW Now the commented items should be visible in the CL-Directory RSS feeds and so on
Planet CLiki too.
