Minimum comments.

1 - StuDlyCaPs do not work well in standard Common Lisp.
2 - There is no package; you have defined everything in cl:*package*, 
hence, most likely in the "CL-USER" package.
3 - The ';;;;' ';;;' ';;' ';' comment convention does have a reason to 
exists
