[Gardeners] R in Lisp, and vice versa

I've done some works to connect Octave and Lisp. The work is packaged
in cl-octave at common-lisp.net. In the future, i want to extend to
matlab (easy) and (scilab). These languages are widely used in
engineering and scientific computing (signal/image processing,
simulation). With these wrappers, people would switch to Common Lisp
without loosing the benefit of the already coded algorithms.
