[Gardeners] CL FAQ on the common Lisp Directory

Hi All,

I didn't know that there was a FAQ project here when I started the one on
the Common Lisp Directory.

As 2 FAQs are obviously too much, I propose to delegate the maintenance of
that FAQ to the gardeners.
I've already added an item on that FAQ to says that the mailing list for the
faq is cl-faq at lispniks.com

Everybody can already add items on the FAQ page but only mainteners can add
sub-pages and edit/remove items and comments. So if you want a sub-page then
put a comment and one of the maintainers will add one.
