[Gardeners] help wxCL

I think that this list is the perfect place for suggestions.  CL
Gardeners should (IMHO) work on getting a GUI working well with
Peter's Lisp-in-a-box, I don't know what the GUI toolkit should be -
but I feel that it ought to have few/no dependancies and be easy to
setup and work with.
wxCL certainly sounds like a good project to be put into the list of
things to tend.
