[CLD] submit... waiting for www.cl-user.net...

Starting yesterday, I have been unable to submit new entries to
cl-user.net. When I follow the "submit" link... I get the message
"waiting for www.cl-user.net" in my browser's status bar, and waiting
for a few minutes has no effect. This suggests that there is no
response from the web server. Other items on the webpage load at a
normal speed. Does anyone else see the same issue?
