[CLD] duplicate entries (maxima), maintainer field

I have done the changes, merged some additional information from the
duplicate entry, and notified hoz.  Now, I feel a bit embarrassed to
admit that I do not know how to delete the duplicate entry...

Marc will implement some ways for notifying maintainers about new
notes, so it will be possible to use them to request changes/edits.
