Now that you talk, I prefer these on/off panes too. Besides, I think
that the push-button style just doesn't integrate well with the rest
of the app :)
I will try it your way in the next version. I suspect that those
foldable panes would better default to being folded, and moved just
under the title (tag + description).
The filtering tool could be moved there, too, so that I can group them.

Not necessarily, no : this kind of preference has a rather huge impact
on the layout and we should try (imho), to stay consistent as much as
we can :)

I only tested it on firefox+linux and firefox+win32
