[CLD] [Gardeners] Filter by tags in the CL Directory dev server

What does selecting multiple tags mean? AND? OR? Something else?

Does that do anything? If so, it's not obvious what. (In Firefox 1.5)

When I clicked apply filter the browser complained about the page  
being the result of POST data and asking if I wanted to post again.
