[CLD] Policy question

i was wondering about this too. Personally i prefer quantity over
quality in the first age of my and other entries. Later i would like
to update the entry to give it some flesh. It would be nice for the
submitters to have the ability to submit an update at a later stage,
which can of course be reviewed and edited in it's own right.
