[CLD] User friendly URL

I've finished the modifications to switch to cookie based session handling when cookies
are accepted.

So now I can use user friendly URL. People not allowing cookies at all will get encoded
URL.

Items without an URL name get an identification number but this will be corrected by the
Directory maintainers in the next days

Can you please test it on http://linkit2.fractalconcept.com before I update the real
directory ?
