OK, I removed the comment.

IMO notes are annotations they are supposed to be facts like: There is a bug in some
function. Feature foo does not work on LW. Don't forget to call clean-all after using foo.
etc.

Comments are more subjective. like: This is great. I don't like the layout. Please add bar
in addition to foo. etc.

Notes and comments are useful because the directory is not a wiki. So this is the only way
for people to amend the Directory entries.
