The more I use both, the less I understand the difference :) Since
they both have the same structure (title + text), their distinction is
blurred, and it's probably not possible to effectively enforce it, I
propose to leave just one flavor: notes XOR comments.

The text of notes/comments could be moved to a separate page
accessible via a link from the entry's page.

I think that some sort of additional info contributed by users is
