[CLD] Making a CL-Gardener's project for the CLD.

Paolo, perhaps you want to refactor the Gardeners Resource Directory  
page on ALU to turn it into a project specifically for helping make  
the Common Lisp Directory project a success. You can put a link there  
to the subscription page for this list. And you may want to announce  
the formation of the project (and the mailing list) to the main  
gardeners list. Then folks can use the list for discussion an the ALU  
page to capture notes about things that folks can do to help out.  
Then I'd like to get the project actually well defined enough that  
you can propose it to The Green Thumbs (me and Brad) and we can make  
it the first officially blessed CL Gardener's project. (I'm not  
looking for a lot of bureaucracy--I just want to have a project page  
that says, this is what we plan to do and this is how we'll know when  
we've succeeded. And, probably most importantt, it needs to be  
immediately obvious to someone coming to the project page how they  
can get involved in helping out.
