Paolo, perhaps you want to refactor the Gardeners Resource Directory
page on ALU to turn it into a project specifically for helping make
the Common Lisp Directory project a success. You can put a link there
to the subscription page for this list. And you may want to announce
the formation of the project (and the mailing list) to the main
gardeners list. Then folks can use the list for discussion an the ALU
page to capture notes about things that folks can do to help out.
Then I'd like to get the project actually well defined enough that
you can propose it to The Green Thumbs (me and Brad) and we can make
it the first officially blessed CL Gardener's project. (I'm not
looking for a lot of bureaucracy--I just want to have a project page
that says, this is what we plan to do and this is how we'll know when
we've succeeded. And, probably most importantt, it needs to be
immediately obvious to someone coming to the project page how they
can get involved in helping out.
