I think we should publish what we have (as text, if nothing else) and
let the chips fall where they may.

To that end, I'll see about getting your code running on my machine
and autogenerating the html and autopublishing it somewhere.

If you're wondering "where were you before" (as I would be in your
place :), well, one of the reasons I started this thread was because I
thought I might have some time to work on the FAQ; so far I've been
right.  :)
